1. Platform Registration and Verification (Step-by-Step Tutorial)
1.1 Registration
  • Go to the registration page and enter accurate personal details: full name, email address, and create a strong password.
  • Verify your email by clicking the link in the message you receive.
  • Create a secure password (see Security section below) and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We recommend using an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) rather than SMS.
  • Review and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
The platform follows a standard three-step KYC process: document → questionnaire → liveness check. Recommended formats: passport, ID card, or driver’s license.
Step A - Document Upload:
  • Accepted documents: passport, national ID card, driver’s license (depending on jurisdiction).
  • Photo requirements: well-lit, no glare, all four corners visible, legible details, front and back sides. Formats: JPEG/PNG, preferably ≤10 MB.
  • Tips: use a neutral background, hold the document straight, avoid cropping, and do not use screenshots from social media.
Step B - Questionnaire:
  • Provide contact details, residential address, and nationality.
  • Declare your Source of Funds (SOF): salary, pension, sale of assets, investments, etc. Supporting documents are required (see SOF section below).
  • Specify the purpose of using the service: exchange, investment, remittance, etc.
  • Some clients (including those aged 65+) may be asked to complete an Advanced Questionnaire (see below).
Step C - Liveness Check:
  • Record a short video turning your head as instructed to prove that you are physically present (not using a photo).
  • Perform this step indoors with good lighting, hold the camera steady, and follow the on-screen prompts.
1.3 Special Measures for Clients Aged 65+
  • Cool-Down Period: After successful verification, new clients aged 65+ are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cool-down period during which order placement and trading are temporarily blocked. This period allows the company’s compliance team to review and, if needed, re-verify client data, ask additional questions, and ensure that the client’s funds are fully protected. It also gives clients time to avoid rushed decisions, carefully analyze their next steps, and either consult with specialists for clarification and professional advice or independently study additional educational materials before engaging in any activity.
  • Advanced Questionnaire: Includes additional questions about financial experience, sources of funds, investment objectives, and emergency contact details.
Once the cool-down and additional checks are complete, the client is notified and gains full platform access.
