NOTIFICATION ELIGIBILITY
According to the Whistleblower Protection Act, individuals eligible to submit notifications include:
- Managing directors and members of the supervisory board.
- Company shareholders.
- Third parties involved in the Company’s activities.
- Employees under various contracts.
- Tied agents and their associates.
Whistleblowers can submit reports through the Company's internal system, directed to Deniss Dubanovs, the designated Competent Person.

REPORTABLE VIOLATIONS
Under the Whistleblower Protection Act, violations that can be reported include:
- Acts that exhibit characteristics of a criminal offense.
- Violations of the Whistleblower Protection Act itself.
b) Acts that are considered a misdemeanor and are punishable by a fine exceeding CZK 100,000.
d) Breaches of other legal regulations or European Union directives, particularly in areas like financial services, taxation, consumer protection, environmental protection, and others.
For violations falling under the AML Act, external reporting can be made through the Ministry of Justice and the Financial Analytical Office’s systems.
