4. Operational Best Practices
  • Avoid split payments for a single order - send the full amount at once.
  • Test new wallets with a small amount before sending larger funds.
  • Account for volatility: Exchange rates can change if there is a delay between funds arrival and execution. For large transactions, consult support to reduce slippage.
  • Plan for limits: Notify your bank and the platform in advance for large or regular transfers to avoid automated blocks.
  • Maintain SOF documentation for all significant transfers.
  • Avoid suspicious patterns: Repetitive or structured transactions may trigger compliance reviews - provide context in advance if needed.
  • To avoid payment issues caused by name mismatches, we recommend using a personal bank account registered in your own name instead of a joint account
If a Bank Recall or Payment Rejection Occurs:
  • Contact platform support immediately with full payment details (date, amount, reference, screenshots).
  • Prepare SOF/SOW documents and proof of transaction.
  • Do not resend funds until the issue is clarified.
  • Request a SEPA recall code from your bank if possible - this speeds up reconciliation.
  • Keep all correspondence for future reference.
