3. How to Place an Order (Step-by-Step)
- Select the Cryptocurrency: Choose the desired crypto (BTC, ETH, etc.) on the “Buy”/“Exchange” page.
- Check the Rate: Review the current price, spread, fees, and estimated crypto amount. Pay attention to the quote validity time.
- Enter the Amount: Input the fiat amount to convert or the amount of crypto you wish to receive. The platform will display an estimated amount including fees.
- Confirm the Amount: Ensure the resulting crypto amount meets your expectations. Large orders may be processed in parts depending on liquidity.
- Provide the Recipient Wallet Address: Double-check the address carefully - blockchain transactions are irreversible.
- Tip: Use a whitelist or wallet verification feature if available.
- For new wallets, send a small test transaction first.
- Platform Verification: The system will automatically run fraud and KYC/whitelist checks. This usually takes seconds but may take longer for additional reviews.
- Order Execution: Once funds are received in the master account (or vIBAN), the exchange is processed and crypto is sent to the wallet address.
- Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation and transaction hashes (IDs) for blockchain tracking.
Note on Test Transactions & Split Payments:
- Test transfers should be done separately from the main order.
- Do not split a single fiat payment into multiple transactions for one order - it may delay processing and result in rate changes.
