5. Security Recommendations
Mandatory Measures:
- Never share account access with anyone (including “support agents”).
- Keep private keys and seed phrases offline in a secure place (preferably hardware wallet or metal backup).
- Manually verify wallet addresses - clipboard malware can replace them.
- Enable 2FA via authenticator app, avoid SMS-based 2FA where possible.
- Use unique, strong passwords stored in a password manager.
- Keep your OS, browser, and antivirus updated.
- Avoid public Wi-Fi for account access.
- Use whitelisting and wallet verification features if available.
- Use hardware wallets (Ledger, Trezor) for significant holdings.
- For large transactions, enable two-step confirmations (e.g., phone/video verification).
- Periodically audit account activity, review IP logs, and monitor anomalies.
- Never share seed phrases, private keys, or OTP codes.
- Do not follow verbal instructions from “support” for transfers.
- Do not click suspicious links or enter credentials on unverified sites.
